On 01/09/19 Deputies took several reports of burglaries and thefts from Joppa. Two vehicles were entered and items were reported missing from them. It was also reported that someone had entered a garage and went through it looking for items to take. A theft was also reported of items missing from a yard. The incidents occurred at residences in the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Joppa North Ave. One of the thefts occurred in the 200 block of Joppa Rd. Deputies recovered evidence at some of the scenes. It is believed that these thefts occurred sometime around midnight on 01/09/19. Residents of Joppa are asked to lock their vehicles and be on the lookout for suspicious activity.
