Diane M. Flora A Deputy was checking on a disabled vehicle on North Ave. on 06/10/15 when he observed drug equipment in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, 44 year old Diane M. Flora of the Joppa area, had arrived and informed the Deputy that she had ran out of gas. The Deputy also discovered a substance believed to be Crystal Methamphetamine. Flora was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Equipment.
