Paul Washburn On 12/17/13 a Massac County Sheriff's Deputy began an investigation into missing items from a Tornado Donation Center. The old skating rink located in the Hidden Acres Trailer Park was being used by a private citizen to take in donations. It was discovered that several cases of bottled water and toiletries were missing. The investigation led the Deputy to 58 year old Paul Washburn. Washburn was arrested and charged with Theft Under $500.
