On 01/02/17 at 11:30 P.M. a report of a missing elderly man was taken by the Massac County Sheriff's Office. William "Virgil" Hargan was last seen on 01/02/17 at around 3:30 P.M. in Metropolis. Virgil suffers from Dementia. It is beleived he may have been in the Paducah area at some point. He was last wearing blue jeans, blue/green plaid shirt, loafers and a red "Donald Trump" ball cap. He was driving a white 4 door Chevrolet Impala with Illinois registration P587041.
