On 06/15/16 A Deputy stopped to check a vehicle located near the bike trail at the end of Belgrade Rd. The Deputy observed 53 year old Darrell McCoy, of Metropolis, naked in the vehicle. While the Deputy was speaking with McCoy, he noticed several pills, not in a container, in plain sight. The Deputy also located a substance that tested positive for Methamphetamine. McCoy was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Additional charges are pending after testing is completed on the pills.
