Leonard Lawler On Saturday 02/22/14 around 11:00 P.M. a Massac County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a vehicle near 145 and Country Club Rd. for a traffic violation. The Deputy detected that the driver, 46 year old Leonard Lawler of Paducah, was under the influence. Lawler was arrested for DUI. The Deputy located prescription medication in the vehicle that was not prescribed to Lawler. The Deputy also located a white powdery substance and drug paraphernalia on Lawler. Lawler was charged with DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Massac County Detention Center pending bond.
