Charles J. Morris On 06/11/15 Deputies took a report of a stolen truck from Strawberry Rd. The truck was later located that night in Metropolis. Deputies found 49 year old Charles J. Morris of Pope County with the vehicle. During the arrest, Deputies located prescription narcotics on Morris that did not belong to him. Morris was arrested and charged with Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
