On 10/19/13 a person travelling on ILL 145 reported that he was the victim of a Road Rage incident. The suspect vehicle involved was located in Brookport and stopped by Brookport Police. The victim said he was threatened by a man with a club while on ILL 145 after he was forced to stop on the roadway. A "club" was located in the suspect vehicle. Arrested was 23 year old Jakob Smith of Brookport. Smith was charged with Aggravated Assault.
