Jerimy M. Harlan The Massac County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a white male who had fired a gun at individuals on the street in Joppa. Deputies were able to identify the person who fired the gun as 28 year old Jerimy Harlan of Metropolis. A warrant was issued and Harlan was located and arrested without incident. Harlan was charged with Reckless Discharge of a Firearm and Aggravated Assault.
